I had the worst experience at Diadem Salon in Germantown. They have you waiting upwards of 4 hours for service, don't offer their customers anything to drink but they are supposed to be a "UPSCALE" salon. They do a good job with hair but since you are spending so much time at the salon you want to be treated with respect and made to feel comfortable and they definitely lack in those areas. They sit there and gossip about people...their customers. She's(Desi) already running way behind schedule but to make matters worst,she will stand there & hold a long drawn out conversation with another customer thus making your wait time even longer. Another thing I have encountered is waiting there for at least 4 hours to get serviced and have her stop and go and eat without saying anything to me. I understand being hungry but your customers have been there waiting FOREVER for you to tend to them. It is NOT our fault that you scheduled too many appts in a day. She needs to take some time management and customer service classes.They have people brainwashed thinking they are they best thing since sliced bread and they aren't. Women, go somewhere else, I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.
